Our Policy
We want you to love your jewels — truly.
If you’re not happy for any reason, eligible items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note:
- We love you to try them on before your decision.
- Customer provides return shipping.
- Items must be in original condition as received, and in their original packaging. Returns that don’t meet these terms will be sent back at your expense.
How to Return
Returns must be shipped to our office in London, United Kingdom.
To start a return, please email us at hello@grandmajojoslab.com with your order number and reason for return.
The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. You can use any carrier you prefer — just make sure to keep a tracking number for your protection in case of loss or theft during delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
Exchanges
We don’t currently have a formal exchange program.
If you’d like to exchange an item (for example, for another style or size), simply return your original item and place a new order through our store.
